Thereafter, you may not raise any form of defense on the grounds that you did not read the content of these Terms of Service.
This service uses Google related services (Google Maps, etc.), and data storage or processing is performed by servers located outside China. This service is not operated within China and is not provided to users in China. It is only provided to users outside China.
If you are under 18 years of age, please read this Agreement in the company of your legal guardian, and you must obtain the prior written consent of your parent or legal guardian (hereinafter referred to as the “Guardian”) before you may use this Service.

In view of the particularity of online services, Beijing Xuyang Technology Co., Ltd. has the right, according to the overall operation of the company or relevant operating norms and rules, to change, suspend, or terminate part or all of the services at any time without notifying you, and shall not bear any responsibility or obligation to inform any individual or third party. If this causes you any loss, you agree to waive the right to pursue any liability of Beijing Xuyang Technology Co., Ltd.
You warrant that you are the lawful owner of the right to use this Service and that you will not use this Service for any illegal or improper purpose.

If a user violates the provisions of these Terms, Beijing Xuyang Technology Co., Ltd. has the right at any time and unilaterally to restrict or interrupt the provision of services to such user, and without the consent of Beijing Xuyang Technology Co., Ltd., you may not use this Service again.

If you object to any of these Terms of Service, or to any subsequent modifications, or are dissatisfied with the Service, you should immediately stop using this Service. After the Service is terminated, your right to use the services of Beijing Xuyang Technology Co., Ltd. is immediately terminated. From that time on, Beijing Xuyang Technology Co., Ltd. will no longer have any obligations to you.
When you use this Service, you need to register an account. The username of this account is the mobile phone number you use to register this Service. You need to provide true and accurate identity information. If the information you provide is incomplete, you will not be able to use this Service or will be subject to restrictions during use.
Rules on the collection and use of personal information for this Service: With your consent, you may share your location with family members, friends, etc. If you do not agree that the app may collect your location information, please do not install this Service, and your location information will not be collected by the app. Only after you agree can you proceed with installation and use. With your consent, the app will collect your location information at the time intervals you set, for the purpose of your own information sharing.
Purpose of personal information collection for this Service: With your consent, you share your location with persons you authorize, mainly for scenarios such as monitoring children going to school within a family, monitoring elderly people when they go out, and sharing locations among friends.

You should bear the risk of using this service on your own. Beijing Xuyang Technology Co., Ltd. makes no warranties of any kind: no guarantee that the usage results or effects meet your requirements, no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, and no guarantee of the security, accuracy, timeliness, or legality of the service results. Due to network conditions, communication lines, third-party service providers, or any other reasons that prevent you from using the service normally, Beijing Xuyang Technology Co., Ltd. assumes no legal responsibility.
Your query results depend on the acquisition of location information from the target (the other party or yourself) in the system. The target's network conditions, whether the Real-Time Location app is running on the target phone, permission settings on the target phone, and the target's location status all closely and significantly affect your query results. Whether you are a paid or free user, the Real-Time Location app does not guarantee your query results. The Real-Time Location app assumes no responsibility or makes any guarantees regarding your usage and results!
When using third-party products or services in this service, in addition to complying with these terms of service, you should also comply with the third-party's terms of service. Please carefully review the relevant policies of third parties. Beijing Xuyang Technology Co., Ltd. assumes no responsibility for products and services provided by third parties.
You may need to download software to use this service. For such software, Beijing Xuyang Technology Co., Ltd. grants you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license. You should update the relevant software to the latest version; otherwise, Beijing Xuyang Technology Co., Ltd. does not guarantee normal usage.
